Shipping Within South Africa

I ship anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping, while orders under R800 are subject to a flat shipping fee of R110.

  • Standard delivery: 7 working days
  • Courier service: The Courier Guy
  • Tracking: A waybill number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of purchase, please contact info@ninatorr.com, and I will look into it.

International Shipping

I currently ship to select countries worldwide using Aramex Clickway Couriers. Shipping fees are based on average Aramex rates and will be displayed at checkout.

Other Regions: United States, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, China, India

Important:

  • I do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, I accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of fulfilment.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email info@ninatorr.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, I will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Please Note:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items.
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders, sale items, or items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
