Shipping Within South Africa
I ship anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping, while orders under R800 are subject to a flat shipping fee of R110.

I currently ship to select countries worldwide using Aramex Clickway Couriers. Shipping fees are based on average Aramex rates and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, I accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of fulfilment.
How to Return an Item:
- Email info@ninatorr.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, I will provide you with a return shipping address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

- Returns are only accepted for defective items.
- Returns are not accepted for international orders, sale items, or items damaged due to customer handling.
